Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Written diagnostics

A full refund may be issued when the submitted question is determined to be outside the stated expertise before work begins. Once review has started or the written diagnostic has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.

Live sessions

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be treated as delivered, unless otherwise agreed.

Larger mandates

Refunds, termination and payment milestones are governed by the signed proposal or statement of work.
